
You might remember from a previous our first blogspot, that our Community of Practice "STRATEGIES for Sustainable Gender Equality" collaboratively decided to dedicate our 2nd meeting (Consolidation Workshop) on the topic of Evaluation and Impact Assessment for Gender Equality. Our intention is to cover all chalenges and opportunities related with the importance of Evaluation and Impact Assessment for Gender Equality.
As already announced earlier, this meeting will take place on Monday March 2nd in Paris at the locations of Paris Sciences Lettres, 60 rue Mazarine in Paris.

We are also very pleased to announce our pannelists for the day, who will think will provide a great overview of the current state of the art in Evaluation and Impact Assessment.
Kevin GUYAN from ADVANCE HE, Edinburgh, UK is opening the day with a presentation entitled "Evaluating gender equality – Advance HE research, surveys and accreditation".
Lorenza PERINI, from the University of Padova will present us the evaluation approach adopted in the Gender Time project. Her presentation is entitled "The GenderTime Equality Index: a contribution to gender equality awareness-rising in Academia".
Maxime FOREST, from the Paris Institute of Political Studies, will present as how the question of Evaluation and Impact Assessment was tackled by the SUPERA project.
Finally, Susanne BUEHRER, from the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI, Karlsruhe, Germany will present an overview of the Evaluation Framework devised in the EFFORTI project. Her presentation is entitled "Evaluating Gender Equality in Research and Innovation – Theories, Methods, and Results from the EFFORTI project". Following all four morning presentations, in the afternoon we will convene and work in small groups.
