Following the realisation of two virtual get togethers (Community of Practice meetings) on Early Career Researchers, the next Strategies CoP meeting will focus on the design and implementation of Gender Equality Plans in Higher Education, Research and Academia.
A first session about gender inequalities at the early career stage focused on the need for European ECRs' engagement in science policy and Gender Equality Plans, and a French example of a mentoring programme for female PhD researchers.
