Following the realisation of two virtual get togethers (Community of Practice meetings) on Early Career Researchers, the next Strategies CoP meeting will focus on the design and implementation of Gender Equality Plans in Higher Education, Research and Academia. The meeting will take place from on Tuesday March 8th from 9.30 to 11.00 am and will occur in zoom.
Two interventions are planned on this theme, one focusing on a national case study, one focusing a Horizon 2020 funded research. More specifically:
- Maryna Radchuk from the University of Bordeaux, in France, will represent the H2020 EU project RESET which was initiated in January 2021 (https://cordis.europa.eu/project/id/101006560) with a presentation entitled "RESET: GEPs as overall objectives for equality, inclusivity and scientific excellence".
- Anne-Sophie Godfroy (Université Paris-Est Créteil, CNRS and ENS) will present the recently validated Gender Equality Plan of the Université Paris-Est Créteil (including a general overview of the recent advancements demanding all French Higher Education Institutions to set in place their GEP) with the presentation "Gender Equality Plans at Université Paris-Est Créteil: From Gender Time 2013-2016 to the Gender Action Plan 2020 - 2023".
